1. Program Overview and Eligibility
The Centrik CADD Affiliate Program is designed to reward individuals or businesses that refer new paying clients to Centrik CADD. To participate, you must complete the official Affiliate registration form, agree to these terms, and submit a valid W-9 form prior to any payment being issued. Both individuals and businesses are eligible to enroll. If you are enrolling as a business entity, all referral commissions will be reported under the business name and EIN provided in your W-9.
2. Client Incentive
All new clients who engage Centrik CADD using a valid, registered referral code will receive a one-time discount of 10% off their first quoted project only. This discount must be applied at the time of the initial quote request; retroactive application is not permitted. Each client may only use a referral code once.
3. Affiliate Commission Structure
Affiliates are compensated for each successful referral. A referral is considered successful once the referred client has paid their first invoice in full for a quoted service. The commission structure is as follows:
a. Tier 1 Affiliate:
All affiliates begin at a 5% referral commission rate, calculated on the net value (excluding taxes, discounts, and third-party costs) of the referred client’s first paid invoice.
b. Tier 2 Affiliate:
If an affiliate completes two or more successful referrals within any rolling 60-day period, their commission rate increases to 10% for all subsequent successful referrals made within that same 60-day period.
This upgraded rate remains in effect as long as no more than 60 consecutive days pass without a new successful referral. If a 60-day period passes without a new successful referral, the affiliate's commission resets to the standard 5% tier, and the affiliate must again meet the two-referral threshold within a new 60-day window to regain the higher rate.
c. Tier 3 Affiliate:
Once an affiliate completes five (5) total successful referrals, regardless of timing, they are permanently upgraded to a 10% lifetime commission rate for all future referrals. This permanent status is not subject to the 60-day reset rule.
4. Affiliate Payout Terms
Referral bonuses are calculated based on the net invoice amount of the client’s first paid project. Payment will be issued within 30 calendar days after the client’s invoice has been paid in full.
Affiliates must select a valid payment method (e.g., PayPal, ACH transfer, etc.) and submit a completed W-9 form. Payments will not be processed until these conditions are met. A 1099-NEC form will be issued to any affiliate earning $600 or more within a calendar year, in accordance with IRS requirements.
5. Disqualification and Ineligibility
Centrik CADD reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral payments in the following circumstances:

The referred client cancels the project before completion or receives a full refund.

The affiliate attempts to refer themselves, their own company under a different name, or existing clients of Centrik CADD.

The referral relationship is determined to be fraudulent, misleading, or artificially manipulated.

The affiliate violates any term of this agreement, including but not limited to ethical business practices.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or legal representatives of Centrik CADD. Affiliates may not represent themselves as agents of Centrik CADD. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create an employment relationship.
7. Program Modification and Termination
Centrik CADD reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program or any part of it, including the commission structure and payment terms, at any time with or without prior notice. However, any commissions already earned and approved prior to such a change will be honored under the terms that were in place at the time of the referral.
8. Limitation of Liability and Legal Waiver
By participating in the program, you agree that Centrik CADD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of earnings, or claims arising out of your participation in the Affiliate Program. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Centrik CADD and its agents, employees, and officers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your affiliate activities.
Participation in the Centrik CADD Affiliate Program constitutes full acceptance of these terms. You agree that all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Centrik CADD is incorporated, and any legal proceedings shall take place within the appropriate jurisdiction of that state.
